Arneg Global Assistance, AGA, is our web portal for the digital consultation of product technical documentation and the online purchase of spare parts for Arneg refrigerated displays.

You can access AGA from any device – computer, tablet or smartphone – wherever you are in the world! If you are carrying out maintenance away from your base, just scan the QR code printed on the display’s label to gain instant access to the technical data sheet for that specific product and all its options.

In AGA you can find:

  • 3D Spare Parts Catalogue

    This section shows a virtual and dynamic 3D model of the product. You can move it, rotate it and zoom in on it to find the parts you want, without needing assistance. Once you have selected the necessary spare part, can order it directly.

  • Visual instructions

    This is where you can find technical documentation, sections and video tutorials giving assembly, cleaning and maintenance instructions. Our video tutorials explain all the necessary operations, step by step, and use simple symbols to tell you what tools you need.

  • Interactive manuals

    These combine the functions of visual instructions and 3D spare parts catalogues. These highly interactive documents are extremely easy to consult. You can view documents on your device at all times with full interactivity.
