SZ industrial overhead sectional doors
The sectional doors are designed to be reliable, long-lasting and safe. We offer flexible doors that can be adapted to every need and size; we supply high quality safety and control systems that comply with European standards.
Our sectional doors meet the applicable product standards (EN13241), in compliance with the construction products (CPD) directive and the machines (MD) directive.
Features:
Automation with encoder.
Panels: consisting of two metal supports (sandwich), insulated and self-supporting with horizontal staves, with high density polyurethane insulation.
Cable break or spring break safety device. Safety edge or light barrier (option)
Spring cable system to keep the door open. The spring systems are devised for each door on the basis of the expected cycle (to be specified in the order).
Rail system in made-to-measure galvanised steel. There are 4 rail systems, to meet multiple applications.
Panels:
Industrial: With reinforcing straps for strong long-lasting closure
Anti-pinching: With protuberance to prevent the crushing of fingers
Opening systems:
Manual: with a chain hoist
Motorized: available in two versions: ‘‘dead man’’ operating or completely automatic
